At STAHVO, many of our pieces are produced in small quantities or made-to-order to reduce waste and maintain a more intentional approach to production.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds.
We are happy to offer:
- Exchanges
- Store credit for future purchases
Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with tags attached
Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
